On this appearance on Fox 2, I discussed how to stay intuitive and connected during the holiday season. Food is an integral part of the holidays. When you are on a diet, there can be a sense of guilt that gets created for eating the foods that you love but are considered “bad.” This can create an all or nothing relationship with food, especially with New Year’s right around the corner. You can actually do more harm to your relationship with yourself and food, emotionally and mentally during this time.
